Here is what couples are saying about Connecting with Compassion Couples Workshop:
“Carema is compassionate and kind. She is so knowledgeable and helped us in ways no other therapist has. Connection after years of disconnection is possible. She restored hope.” TR
“This workshop completely changed my perspective on our relationship. I now feel hopeful that we can overcome our obstacles together.” DW
“Carema made it so easy and enjoyable to engage in such important topics. I feel like I’ve known her for much longer than the two days. Her style and warmth greatly adds to the effectiveness of the workshop.” JJ
“It has given my partner and I tools (real tools) to ‘in moment’ take control of our cycles and recognize when they begin. Also, it has begun a conversation between my partner and me that will hopefully last our lifetimes.” MW
“Carema is a gracious and powerful facilitator with a lot of great examples and experience. Her concern was with our total comfort and comprehension of the materials. We are both walking away with a profound understanding of our individual patterns as well as our relationship dance.” AL
“The Connecting with Compassion Couples Workshop is chocked full of content that was relatable and helpful to my wife and I. It provided a great framework for us to identify repeated cycles in our relationship and equipped us with ways to move through those cycles as we enter them. On top of the great content, Carema is a fantastic facilitator — not just presenting information, but guiding the group in a way that connected with each of us on a personal level. She doesn’t just help you to understand the ideas behind CCCW, but helps you adapt them to work for you.” CS
